I was given the privilege by KALAM Centre to share our collection of architectural heritage studies with our visiting alumni in conjunction with the Grand Alumni Dinner we organized the night before.

Heritage studies is a component in our architectural programme that exposes the students to traditional vernacular architecture. Initially it covers only old Malay houses, but eventually it has expanded over the years to cover all sorts of architecture, focusing on historically rich and culturally significant constructions in South East Asia.

Here you can see some of the scaled models of some of the oldest surviving mosques in Negeri Sembilan produced recently in August 2016.
